Fascism: An authoritarian regime based around a relationship between business and the state, virulent nationalism, state and business domination of the market, a personality cult, severe militarism, repression of any opposition or criticism, a strong support for a police state, and valuing the state above individual rights. Or, in simpler terms, a nation of rabbits ruled by stoats.

Appeals are made to common prejudices
Support is rallied through shows of brute strength
Supporters are made through demagoguery
Crowds are amassed to push the fascist into power
Their efforts succeed to the horror of the sane
The fascist takes power, and appeals to moderates
They make people think they're without threat
They build a power structure without stability
Taking great care to allow no threats to the throne
The leader convinces the people that he's for them
Through sponsoring domestic companies
The people believe their leader can save them
From whatever crisis lead them to put them in power
Their leader has their trust and they exploits it
As a means to an end to their plans
To feed their constant hunger for authoritarian power

This is a world of citizen rabbits ruled by a class of predatory stoats
This is a world of livestock in a field ruled by wolves filled with hunger
This is a world of mice, scurrying in their nests, ruled by venomous snakes
This is a world of people, some who are for it and some against, who are now ruled by a violent murderous fascist

Protests will be met with teargas, rubber bullets, and nightsticks
Ridicule will be met with censorship, backlash, and disappearances

The fascist begins to enact their psychotic desires
Through the power designated to them in the state
Their supporters rally in ecstatic zeal
Some misguided and some eager for bloodshed

The horrors implied in the beginning are now carried out
Their leader, like a disease, has spread their influence
The people are either swallowed in zealotry or by fear
There are no set laws in this nation
Only whatever the leader decides is worthy of punishment
Freedom is only a word here, toted by the rulers
They claim that this is freedom, and that they are purging filth
Some people know better, some truly believe this
Some people feel neither, as their lives have been taken already
The fascist says the nation is returning to glory
To the past wherein people truly respected and loved their leaders
To the past that their state idolizes as a sacred time

Nationalism is used to organize the people
Together as a violent hammer to bludgeon the skulls
Of the enemies the state has made in its actions
Atrocities are committed by people "just following orders"

The body count of this administration grows daily
Some are apathetic, some are enthused, some are horrified
Some don't even know that these things are happening
Some are among the corpses of the state's enemies

They begin to bring down the monuments to the fascist
They're fighting the administrators
They're liberating themselves
The bones of the state have been crushed
People are sick of their hatred
